§ 322-15. Rules and regulations.

City Council, from time to time, shall adopt by resolution such rules and regulations as it deems necessary and proper for the control and regulation of the dog park and property adjacent thereto. Copies of all such rules and regulations shall be supplied to all persons to whom the City Clerk issues a dog park permit. All current dog park rules and regulations shall be prominently posted at the entrance to the dog park.
