§ 322-14. Definitions.

Unless otherwise specifically defined herein, words and phrases in this article shall be interpreted so as to give them the meaning that they have in common usage and to give this article its most reasonable application. The following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

DOG LICENSE

A current license issued by a governmental authority which represents that a dog has a valid, unexpired rabies vaccination.

DOG PARK PERMIT

A current dog park permit issued by the City Clerk which allows a keeper to admit a dog into the dog park.

KEEPER

Any person exercising control over a dog or permitting a dog to enter the dog park or permitting a dog for which he or she is responsible to remain in the dog park. The owner of a dog is also its keeper.
