§ 410-10. Insurance.

Each tow truck operator shall furnish with its, his or their application policies of insurance or satisfactory evidence of the same insuring the applicant and operators of all vehicles listed against public liability for personal injury or injuries in an amount of at least $100,000/$300,000 and property damage in an amount of at least $50,000, and it shall be the further duty of the contractor to keep these said policies in force during the term of his license.
