§ 410-9. Application fee.

A.
Each application for a towing license shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee of $250. Said towing license shall encompass the applicant's entire towing business. However, the towing contractor under contract with the City shall be exempt from this fee requirement.

B.
In addition to the fee required in Subsection A above, each applicant shall purchase a sticker for each vehicle which he intends to use for towing as defined herein within the confines of the City of North Wildwood. Each vehicle utilized for towing shall display said sticker on the driver's side door of the vehicle, and the fee for each of said stickers shall be $25. The towing contractor under contract with the City shall be entitled to five of said stickers, free of charge.
