§ 408-2. Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

COMMUNITY FORESTRY WORKING GROUP

The Community Forestry Working Group that is described in the Community Forestry management plan of the City of North Wildwood.

PARK TREES

Trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation in public parks and all areas owned or leased by the City or to which the public has free access as a park or public site.

STREET TREES

Trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation on land lying within public rights-of-way.
