§ 322-17. Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates any section of this article or any of the rules or regulations promulgated pursuant to this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of up to $2,000, imprisonment up to 90 days and/or community service up to 90 days in the discretion of the Municipal Court Judge and may be barred from further use of the dog park for such time as the Municipal Court Judge may determine.
