§ 138-30. Designation of beach areas.

The public bathing beaches open to the public for bathing are hereafter as follows:

A.
All beaches fronting on the Atlantic Ocean from 2nd Avenue and Kennedy Boulevard to the City limits of the City of North Wildwood at 26th Avenue.

B.
Various beaches along the Hereford Inlet from 2nd Avenue and Surf Avenue to Chestnut Avenue and Central Avenue, which may be opened at the discretion of the Director of Public Safety prior to the completion of the Hereford Inlet Seawall.
