§ 71-10. Annual vacation leave for Police and Fire Department members.

The annual vacation leave for members of the Police and Fire Departments shall be determined by contract between the City of North Wildwood and said members or the bargaining unit or units for such Department. In the event there is no contract which applies to such members, such members shall be covered by § 71-9 of this article.
