§ 37-21. Eligibility for membership.

Membership in the Junior Firemen's Auxiliary shall be limited to those individuals who meet the eligibility requirements that are set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:14-96 and in the rules, regulations and standard operating procedures of the Junior Firemen's Auxiliary that are approved by duly adopted resolution of the City Council.
