§ 37-20. Statutory authority.

Pursuant to the authorization that is provided by N.J.S.A. 40A:14-95, there hereby is established an auxiliary to the North Wildwood Fire Department to be known as the "Junior Firemen's Auxiliary" to be operated in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:14-95, et seq., and such rules, regulations and standard operating procedures as are consistent with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:14-98 and which are approved by a duly adopted resolution of the City Council.
