Parking spaces for low-speed vehicles only shall be designated and appropriately marked in the following locations:

Beach Patrol Parking Area

From 15th Avenue to 16th Avenue

Up to 20

East of John F. Kennedy Beach Drive

From 5th Avenue to 6th Avenue

B.
The Chief of Police and the Director of Public Works shall determine the exact location of the parking spaces described in this section.
