No person shall park a vehicle for longer than one hour on Sundays upon the following streets or parts of streets:

2nd Avenue	North	Between a point 50 feet west of Central Avenue and a point 110 feet west of Central Avenue
Central Avenue	West	Between a point 25 feet north of 2nd Avenue and a point 65 feet north of 2nd Avenue
