§ 418-54. Violations and penalties.

A.
Any person, corporation, partnership or association of persons convicted of a violation of this article shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,250 and imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 90 days, or both, in the discretion of the Municipal Court.

B.
Any person, corporation, partnership or association of persons violating the provisions of this article upon a second conviction shall be subject to the additional penalty of a revocation of the violator's mercantile license for such parking lot for such period of time as the Municipal Court may determine in its discretion.
