§ 418-51. Regulations covering all parking lots.

  • The following regulations shall cover public parking lots, semipublic parking lots, patron parking lots and private parking lots:
    A. 
    A person parking a vehicle without paying the posted fee, if any, in the manner made available is deemed a trespasser.
    B. 
    No owner or operator of a parking lot, as defined in § 418-48 of this article, shall permit or allow hawking or calling to operators of motor vehicles as a method of encouraging said operators to park their motor vehicles on any lot.
    C. 
    All parking areas and loading areas within the parking lots defined in § 418-48 of this article shall be arranged so as to prevent the vehicles from passing or extending into adjacent properties or street rights-of-way.
