§ 418-45. Right turn on red prohibited.

No person shall turn a vehicle to make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop) indication at any of the following locations whenever an official sign is present prohibiting such turn on such red signal:

City Intersections

Atlantic Avenue at 12th Avenue

Atlantic Avenue at 13th Avenue

Central Avenue at 15th Avenue and 16th Avenue for southbound traffic on Central and eastbound traffic on 15th Avenue and 16th Avenue only, and only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Spruce Avenue at Old New Jersey Avenue

County Intersections

New Jersey Avenue at 15th Avenue and 16th Avenue between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. only

New Jersey Avenue cutoff at Chestnut Avenue (heading east on Chestnut only)

New Jersey Avenue cutoff at New York Avenue and Walnut Avenue
