§ 418-23. Ten-minute parking.

No person shall park a vehicle for longer than 10 minutes between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturdays upon any of the following streets or parts of streets:
