§ 418-19. Taxicab stands.

A. 

The following locations are hereby designated as taxicab stands:

New Jersey Avenue	East	Beginning at a point 35 feet from the southerly curbline of Chestnut Avenue and extending to a point 50 feet south thereof
New Jersey Avenue	East	Beginning at a point 50 feet from the southerly curbline of Spruce Avenue and extending 50 feet south thereof
New Jersey Avenue	East	Beginning at a point 35 feet from the southerly curbline of Walnut Avenue and extending 50 feet south thereof
Olde New Jersey Avenue	East	Beginning at a point 35 feet from the southerly curbline of 1st Avenue and extending southwardly 100 feet therefrom along the easterly curbline of Olde New Jersey Avenue
Spruce Avenue [Added 8-5-2014 by Ord. No. 1657]	North	Beginning at a point 15 feet from the easterly curbline of Olde New Jersey Avenue and extending eastwardly 50 feet therefrom along the northerly curbline of Spruce Avenue

B. 

No person shall park a vehicle in any area designated by ordinance as a taxicab stand. This subsection shall not apply to taxicabs duly licensed by the City of North Wildwood pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 402, Taxicabs, of the Code of the City of North Wildwood.
