No person shall park a vehicle between 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. upon the following streets, areas, or any parts thereof:

No person shall park a vehicle upon the following streets, areas, or any parts thereof, beginning on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend until the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, from 10:00 p.m. on Friday until 5:00 a.m. Saturday, and from 10:00 p.m. Saturday until 5:00 a.m. Sunday:
