§ 418-5. Yearly and weekly parking meter permits.

A. 

Any person desiring to obtain a yearly parking meter permit may do so by applying to the office of the City Clerk of the City of North Wildwood. The cost of a nontransferable permit shall be $125 per year, and the cost of a transferable permit shall be $175 per year. While some permits are transferable, the resale of any permit is prohibited. The parking permits shall not be valid on the east side of John F. Kennedy Boulevard between 13th Avenue and 2nd Avenue inclusive, and shall also not be valid on any of the City parking lots. In the event that a permit is lost or stolen, the replacement charge shall be the full price of the permit.

The cost of a nontransferable permit shall be $40 per week. The resale of any permit is prohibited. The parking permits shall not be valid on the east side of John F. Kennedy Boulevard between 13th Avenue and 2nd Avenue inclusive, and shall also not be valid on any of the City parking lots. In the event that a permit is lost or stolen, the replacement charge shall be the full price of the permit.
