§ 418-1. Installation; meter or centralized payment station fee.

A. 

Parking meters and/or centralized parking payment stations shall be installed and located on the following streets and areas in the City of North Wildwood:

B. 

Each meter shall be set to operate upon the deposit in the meter or, in those areas where a centralized payment station has been installed, upon the deposit at the pay station of not more than $4 in United States currency. The rates that are to be charged during the times when parking fees are in effect shall be established from time to time by resolution of the City Council and such rates shall be posted on each parking meter and on each centralized payment. No parking meter shall be installed in any location that would infringe upon any area where parking is prohibited under N.J.S.A. 39:4-138. Nothing in this paragraph shall be deemed to apply to any parking space provided within any of the City parking lots that are referred to in § 418-82, as supplemented and amended.
