§ 410-15. Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates any section of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to imprisonment not to exceed 90 days and/or a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,250. Each day that any violation of any section of this chapter shall exist shall constitute a separate offense and shall be charged as a separate offense by the issuance of additional process.
