§ 408-9. Distance from curb and sidewalk.

The distance that trees may be planted from curbs or curblines and sidewalks shall be in accordance with the guidelines of the Community Forestry and Public Lands Vegetation management plans of the City of North Wildwood and shall conform to standards established by "Trees for New Jersey Streets," 4th Revision 2000, New Jersey Shade Tree Federation, New Brunswick, New Jersey.
