§ 407-6. Violations and penalties

A person who is convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,250 or imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not more than 90 days, or both, for each violation. Each day said violation is continued shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to a fine, a person who has been convicted of a violation of this chapter may be sentenced to make restitution to the City of North Wildwood in the event that a street or any public property has been damaged by reason of placement of a trailer thereon.
