§ 402-2. Number of taxicab licenses.

Other than by reason of the number of taxicab licenses issued by the City of Wildwood, the number of City of Wildwood taxicab licensees who may obtain municipal consent to operate a taxicab within the City of North Wildwood pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall not be subject to any numerical limitations.
