§ 382-1. Area designated.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to unnecessarily ride, drive upon or cross over or upon any of the sidewalks of said City with horses, wagons, carts, pushcarts or carriages of any description or upon any of the designated bicycle paths in the City.
