Every householder, owner, occupant or proprietor
of a hotel, motel, restaurant, boarding place, market, store or other
place of commercial operation will be entitled to the regular collection
of garbage and trash two times each week, and there shall be at least
72 hours between collections at each collection point. Any person
or establishment requiring additional collection or desirous of obtaining
same on a daily basis, or whose collections exceed 10 receptacles
or their equivalent at any one collection, shall be responsible for
making their own arrangements with a private contractor for the collection
of same.
