The disposal of all construction debris shall be the
responsibility of the owner and/or contractor creating same, and they
shall be responsible for making their own arrangements with a private
contractor for its prompt removal (all in accordance with BOCA Code,
Section 1818.9). Owners of real property in the City of North Wildwood
shall be permitted to place out for collection carpet, from one room
only, not exceeding 225 square feet on any one collection day. The
carpet shall be cut into widths of no more than 5 feet and rolled
and tied or taped for ease of collection. It shall be the responsibility
of the owner of the premises to make arrangements for the removal
of any additional carpet with a private contractor.
