§ 364-2. Signs required.

It shall be the affirmative duty of all owners of premises which make shopping carts available to their customers to post signs at all entrances and exits advising the public that if they remove said shopping carts from the premises, the owners and the general public are subject to a fine or imprisonment in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
