§ 360-31. Violations and penalties.

Any person convicted of a violation of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $1,250 or imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both. Each day that the offense continues shall constitute a separate violation.
