§ 360-2. Violations and penalties.

If a connection or opening shall be made in any sewer or street without having first obtained such permit as herein required, the person or persons making or causing the same to be made shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $1,250 or be imprisoned for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both.
