§ 330-4. Number; term; nontransferability.

The number of licenses authorized hereunder shall not exceed 10. In the event that a license is not timely renewed it shall not be reissued by the City Clerk until such time as its reissuance is authorized by a duly adopted resolution of City Council. Any license granted hereunder shall be valid from May 1 in the year of issuance until April 30 of the following year. All licenses issued hereunder shall be nontransferable.
