§ 330-2. Contents of application.

Latest version.

Before any license is issued, the applicant therefor shall make application, in writing, under oath, which application shall state:

A.
Full name of the applicant.

B.
His residential address.

C.
Places where the applicant has resided for a period of three years immediately prior to making the application.

D.
Whether such applicant has ever been in active military or naval service of the United States and, if so, over what period of time and what branch of service.

E.
The place or places and the time that the applicant has previously engaged in hawking, peddling or vending.
