§ 322-7. Fees for use of boat ramp.

  • A. 
    Fees for the use of the boat ramp for noncommercial and nonbusiness purposes to launch and remove boats, wave runners and jet skis are as follows:
    (1) 
    Launching a boat and removing same within 24 hours of launching: $10.
    (2) 
    Launching a boat: $10.
    (3) 
    Removing a boat: $10.
    (4) 
    Launching a wave runner/jet ski or wave runners/jet skis (two wave runners/jet skis on one trailer) and removing same within 24 hours of launching: $10.
    (5) 
    Removing a wave runner/jet ski or wave runners/jet skis (two wave runners/jet skis on one trailer): $10.
    (6) 
    Removing a wave runner/jet ski or wave runners/jet skis (two wave runners/jet skis on more than one trailer): $10 per trailer.
    B. 
    The fees for the use of the boat ramp for commercial or business purposes shall be $250 per season or any part thereof.
    C. 
    Seasonal passes are to be annual passes good from January 1 to December 31. The noncommercial and nonbusiness rate shall be $100 if purchased on or before June 1, and $150 if purchased after June 1. Each seasonal pass shall only be good for the boat, wave runner or jet ski to which it is assigned, whether for one day or the whole year, and is nontransferable. However, with respect to wave runners or jet skis, only one pass would be required if two wave runners or two jet skis are used with one trailer.
