§ 322-5. Violations and penalties.

Any person or persons or association of persons violating any of the provisions of this article or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant hereto shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $1,250 or confinement in the county jail for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both. In addition thereto, such person, persons or association of persons shall also be subject to requirement of replacement, repair or restoration of damaged or removed park property.
