§ 276-82. Administration and enforcement.

A. 

This article shall be administered by the Administrator or other City of North Wildwood official as designated.

B. 

The Administrator may enter any property for which a permit application has been applied for and/or permit been issued under this article to conduct an inspection to determine whether the conditions stated in the permit have been met.

C. 

At the discretion of the Administrator and/or Wildwood Construction Office for which a zoning, building and/or electrical permit was obtained, as applicable, the City reserves the right to require the applicant to obtain and submit an "as-built" survey in accordance with Ordinance No. 1542 upon completion of the solar energy system evidencing the exact location and height of the structures to ensure said installation is made in accordance with the requirements of the City of North Wildwood.

D. 

The Administrator may issue orders to abate any violation of this article. The Administrator may issue a citation for any violation of this article.

E. 

The Administrator may refer any violation of this article to City of North Wildwood legal counsel for enforcement.
