§ 232-4. Use of equipment.

A. 

When the following items of City equipment, supplies and/or City personnel are used and become subject to charges to the general public, the charges for the use thereof shall be consistent with the prevailing Schedule of Equipment Rates that is established by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and published on its website, fema.gov/schedule-equipment-rates:

Pickup with/spreader	Large sweeper
Small sweeper	Oil dry
Sand	Booms
Pads	Tyveks and gloves
Shop time

B. 

Items of City equipment, supplies and/or City personnel, used by and subject to charge to the general public, which are not part of Rate Schedules established by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, shall be charged at rates established from time to time by resolution of Council. Such items of equipment, supplies and/or personnel include, but are not limited to:

Galvanized fencing	Sand/snow fencing
Trash/recycling cans	Sign replacement
Public Works repairer	Beach mats, roll-up or rectangular
Portable stage, large or small	Traffic cones
Traffic barrels	Beach
Barricades	Coolers
Bleachers	Chairs
Tables	Tents
Sound system	Signs
Flotation devices	Reviewing stand
City personnel
