The City of North Wildwood hereby adopts, approves and makes applicable
to the property and citizens of the City of North Wildwood the current editions
of the following codes: the International Property Maintenance Code, the BOCA
National Building Code and the BOCA National Fire Prevention Code, for the
control of buildings and structures as therein provided, and each and all
of the regulations of those codes are specifically adopted and made a part
hereof as though set forth herein at length, as permitted by N.J.S.A. 40:49-5.1.
Successor editions of these codes, as periodically published, and as amended
from time to time, shall be binding when published and distributed to the
City of North Wildwood.
