§ 212-9. Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, for each and every violation thereof and for each and every day that said violation continues to be in existence, be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,250 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both.
