§ 212-5. Permit requirements.

In order for a permit to be issued for the installation of a dish antenna, in addition to the standard building permit application, the owner/developer shall also submit for review by the Construction Code Official of the City of North Wildwood the following:

A.
A plot plan containing the following:

(1)
The location of all existing structures and the proposed dish.

(2)
The setbacks from lot lines of all existing structures and the proposed dish.

B.
The diameter and height of the dish measured pursuant to this chapter.

C.
Manufacturer's specifications for the installation of said dish antenna.
