§ 212-2. Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

SATELLITE TELEVISION EARTH STATION DISH ANTENNA

Any apparatus which is designated for the purpose of receiving television, radio, microwave, satellite or other similar signals, with the exception of conventional television antennas. Said definition shall not include any antenna used for the purpose of the transmission of signals.
