§ 192-3. Violations and penalties.

Any person or entity violating any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine in an amount not to exceed $1,250 which may be collected and enforced by the local enforcing agency in a summary proceeding under the Penalty Enforcement Law (N.J.S.A. 2A:58-1 et seq.).
