§ 150-2. Restrictions for bicycles, skateboards, go-carts and similar vehicles.

A.
It shall be unlawful during the period commencing June 15 of each year through September 14 of each year for any person to ride a bicycle or to use roller skates on the Boardwalk or its approaches from 12:00 noon to 5:00 a.m., inclusive, daily.

B.
It shall be unlawful during the period commencing May 1 of each year through September 30 of each year for any person to use skateboards, nonmotorized go-carts or similar items or devices upon the Boardwalk and its approaches at any time.

C.
Pursuant to the authority contained in N.J.S.A. 39:4-10.1c(2), neither bicycle operators nor bicycle passengers shall be required to wear a helmet on the Boardwalk in the City of North Wildwood.
