§ 134-2. Taking horses or mules into surf; penalty.

It shall not be lawful for any person or persons to be allowed to take any horse or mule into the surf for the purpose of swimming or bathing, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., under the penalty of a fine of not to exceed $1,250 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both.
