§ 130-2. Violations and penalties.

Any person, partnership, corporation or other combination of persons violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed 90 days or to a fine not to exceed $1,250, or both. Each day of operation shall be considered a separate offense.
