§ 126-24. Violations and penalties.

Any person(s) who is found to be in violation of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $1,250 for each offense or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both. Each day that a violation continues after written notification that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
