§ 126-9. Impounding.

Dogs found at large within the limits of the City shall be impounded by the Animal Control Officer and shall be taken to the Cape May County Animal Shelter. The Animal Control Officer shall make every effort to contact the rightful owner of said dogs prior to transporting to the Shelter.
