§ 110-1. Certain types of dancing or exhibition prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation or association of persons of any kind to permit or employ any person in any place open to the public or to which the public is invited, within the territorial limits of the City of North Wildwood, to perform a:

A.
Topless or bottomless exhibition or dancing by female persons of the age of 10 years or older.

B.
Bottomless exhibition or dancing by male persons.
