§ 99-1. Designation.

There shall be two wards in said city, and the territory and boundaries of each ward shall be as herein described:

A.
First Ward: all that portion of said city north of the line running from east to west, through the center line of 11th Street.

B.
Second Ward: all that portion of said city south of line running from east to west, through the center line of 11th Street.
