§ 79-10. Committee to supervise and recommend appointments.

The Administrative Committee shall have the overall supervision of the Municipal Court and shall be in charge of recommending appointments of the Municipal Judges, the Municipal Court Administrator or Municipal Court Director, the Deputy Administrator, if any, and the Municipal Court Clerks.
