§ 79-7. Creation; composition.

There is hereby constituted and created a Beach Patrol in and for the City of North Wildwood, in the County of Cape May and State of New Jersey, which Beach Patrol shall consist of a Beach Director, a lifeguard captain and such lifeguard lieutenants, lifeguards and lifeguard first aid attendants as shall be determined and deemed necessary by the Public Safety Committee of the City of North Wildwood to properly protect the lives of the citizens and visitors of this city.
